I rarely leave reviews, but this company absolutely deserves one. Without a doubt, this is the best carpet cleaning company I’ve ever worked with. I’ve hired them multiple times, and every experience has been outstanding. My boutique has over 900 square feet of wall-to-wall carpet - not just on the floors, but on the walls as well. We’re a retail store, but we also host different events in our space, so with the amount of foot traffic, spills, and stains, keeping it clean is a real challenge. I was introduced to them by the team behind the official Madonna Confessions II pop-up. After six days of setup and the event itself, I was convinced some of the stains would never come out. They proved me wrong. The carpet looked almost brand new again. I also absolutely love the scent of the shampoo they use - it leaves the whole store smelling fresh with a clean, expensive scent. But what really keeps me coming back isn’t just the quality of their work - it’s the peace of mind. I trust them 100% with my store. I give them the keys, the alarm codes, and full access to the space, and I don’t have to be there watching over them. I don’t have to point out every stain or check that everything was done. They simply do what they promise, don’t miss a thing, and always leave the store spotless. They even send before-and-after photos without me having to ask.
